Jin and Southern-Northern Dynasties is a very peculiar period in the history of our country, ceaseless war makes politics , the social life in flux unbearable. Such one kind of status just conducts a Buddhism development of maximum turning point becoming a member of China but always being in subsidiary position of Taoism for self Han Dynasty. This period most emperor belief Buddhism, this lets Buddhism can interact with law right away, not to be in only by standard position.About this problem, Law historian circle's research is less. The main body of this article take large amount of historical material , Buddhism ancient book and record as basis mainly, try to expound and prove Buddhism having produced certain effect on the legal norm and judicial systems to law,and the law has also produced corresponding effect then by the regulation to the Buddhism protection , aspect such as cracking down on and standardizing to Buddhism, but in the relation of Buddhism and law , Monarchy that times Chinese regime characteristic has decided the law effect still is main, the beneficial to the social development aspect of Buddhism not be quilt showed completely. Studying in a deepgoing way to this problem, general beneficial to China resolves religion and government's relation more well, build better harmonious society.
