Research On The Problem Of Illegally Approves The Requisition Or Occupation Of Land

Illegally approves the requisition or occupation of land is one of the newly added crime of the 1997 Criminal Law .It plays an important in finding dreliction of duty related to land,cleansing the ethos of the society ,protecting the profit of the mass .However, as a result of the complexity and the technology of regulation ,the rules of the crime remain unclear. In practice, the related cases are not common to see and so uneasy to see its real role. In this article ,We discuss the background of the regulation of the crime ,the composing of the crime . Besides, we discuss the problem in practice.
