Prevention Study Of Post Crime

Post Crime is a social phenomenon coming into being together with the public activities of a country, therefore how to prevent it from both the institutional and legal levels is a very important system construction concerning the stability of a country and the safety of its people. Based on the analysis of connotation, form and damages of Post Crime, this thesis indicates the feasibility and necessity of the prevention of it. And by introducing the systems of foreign countries, this thesis discusses three indispensable measures in the prevention of Post Crime: the first is to allocate and stipulate the state power reasonably, the second is to work out the unified basic law of the prevention of crime, and the third is to strengthen the power of inspecting organs, which makes the prevention of Post Crime to be not only the theoretical discussion but the anti-corruption practice in China.
