The Research On The Issues Of The Integration Of Investigation Prevention And Control In Post Crime By Procuratorial Organs

Post crime is a big challenge to most countries and regions. In our country, post crime is such an increasing danger to our society that how to control and extirpate it should be treated as a top priority. Traditional measures we have taken, however, didn't work efficiently. Consequently, we should seek a new way in the current system to meet the need of adapting to the new situation. It is a feasible and accessible way to carry out the Investigation, Prevention and Control Mechanism on post crime conducted by procuratorial organs.Starting with the conception and definition of this mechanism, the writer first elaborates the concept of investigation, prevention and control respectively, and then proves the necessity and accessibility of the mechanism from three aspects. Through the construction of several detailed and specific sub-systems such as information-sharing system, information-warning system and procuratorial advice, the writer attempts to explain the whole mechanism, and then highlight the cooperation and joint-work between investigation department, prevention department and control department. Another significant part is the various measures to ensure the efficient implementation of this mechanism.The creative points of this paper are as follows:1, a comprehensive discussion of procuratorial organs'functions----investigation, prevention and control; 2, a tentative exploration of the cooperation and joint work of these three departments on the treatment of post crime.
