On The Study Of Supervisory System In Revolutionary Based During The New Democratic Revolution Period

In the new democratic revolution time, the C.P.C. led the Chinese people independently to carry on the Agrarian Revolution War, the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War by the way of encircling the cities with the countryside. It can be said that the regime construction of revolutionary bases is the important guarantee for the revolution's winning. And as one important constituent of the political system, the supervisory system has continuously played the special role in the Chinese history since its establishment in Quinn dynasty. So, in order to establish, consolidate and develop the people's regime, the C.P.C. set up the supervisory institution and exercised the supervisory function in revolutionary bases, so the new supervisory system began to establish since then. The supervisory system in revolutionary bases has played the extremely vital role in consolidating political power, supporting revolutionary war, punishing embezzlement and corruption, developing and strengthening revolutionary power of Chinese people. In the same time, it also accumulated rich and precious experience for the supervisory system of P.R.C. The supervisory system in revolutionary bases not only is one important constituent of the new democracy politics system, but also is a source of supervisory system of socialism with Chinese characteristic.This article takes the Marxism historical materialism as the guiding ideology, synthesizing to use the related theory and methods of subject of history, economy, politics, and philosophy in the writing process. The author discusses the basis of supervisory system in revolutionary bases and attempts to reorganize the supervisory work of C.P.C. in revolutionary bases during three different historical periods. China has paid more attention to constructing the supervisory system, so in this article, the author discusses the supervisory system in revolutionary bases and summarizes its experience lesson. It's really important for us to reform and consummate the supervisory system of socialism. It can also give us profound inspiration and realistic reflection.
