On The EU Integration By EU Constitutional Crisis

As an important part of multi-polarization world, EU is now peacefully and voluntarily dealing with the recombination of relations among nations. After more than 50 years integrated advancement, in the 21st century EU has already played very important role in the international stage. The integration is not only a realistic concept, but also the historical root. After the World Warâ…¡the EU integration has experienced several times of crisis, which on the one hand have hindered the EU integration but driven the EU integration to the correct direction on the other hand. However, in 2005 the EU constitutional crisis has shocked itself and the whole world, which has consequently aroused great interest in research of scholars who have been studing EU and international relations. Although"Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe"conforms to the historical conditions and the practical needs, lots of factors has caused its lost in Franc and Netherlands, which has effected the entire EU integration. Up to the present EU can't propose a consummate solution. The history is extremely similar, because the former crisis shocked the nerve of european too, but they finally became the chance of development in EU integration. If we can take the theories of EU integration as the foundation, and grasp the characteristics of EU integration, what is more, if we can forecast the orientation of development of EU integration, it could be also possible, that the history would reappear. That is the signification of this article. In order to achieve the goal the article is parted to four chapters: exordium; the EU integration before the constitutional crisis; the EU integration by the constitutional crisis; in consideration of the EU integration after the constitutional crisis. The author hope, that with the help of other professional articles and monographs, taking the constitutional crisis as entrance, connecting history and reality and theory and practice, we could research into questions and answers by the development of EU integration to provide consult for research of EU integration in China.
