Analyzes Of The Two-Centre Judicial System And Management Model In The Court Of Chengdu Hi-Tech Technology Industrial Development Zone

This dissertation analyzes the situation of the judicial reform which is performed by the courts in China. The judicial reform is facing both the limits of external environment and the conflicts between justice and efficiency. It can only be improved by enhancing the judicial management and setting a model, which includes an judicial centre and a manage centre, in basic courts. This model is a standard for judicial reform. Here in this dissertation, I would like to discuss the detail of the performing of this model, the advantages and disadvantages of this model and the limits of this model. And I would like to compare the differences between several models of judicial reform. Meanwhile, I would like to analyze the progress of management in courts which is led by this model. Through the analyses of the possibility of the two-centre management, I would like to discuss the efficiency of the reform of judicial management and the judicial governors. At the same time, I would like to discuss the limits of this kind of reform model and the difficulty of its popularization.
