That can not adapt the development of the modern society which are go to be more global information technical and networked , especially it is getting to be one important problem in the supply chain management environment. There is not only just the well cooperation relationship but also the competition relationship between one enterprise and its cooperators; the different situation should have its correspondent stock management model. The thesis build up a 2*2 matrix model: for one thing, it includes Economic Order Quantity Model, Vender Managed Inventory Model, Consolidate Inventory Model and Virtual Inventory Model. In another side, try to build up the inventory management matrix to probe the corresponding relationship and strategy of four inventory management models under inventory characteristics and supply chain network portfolio.Through the analysis the current situation of stock management for Chengdu MIKUNI Company, use the supply chain stock management matrix to analyze its stock management model, designing and put forward to put into practice project, includes the workflow and puts into practice way andtechnique support method, strengthen the function with maneuverability, to decline the stock cost, and quicken the reaction for market.The creative aspects in the thesis to be placed in the application matrix analysis method to analyze the supply chain stock management model to choose the suitable one for all the companies, which want to find their suitable stock management model must consider the corresponding situation factors. -Moreover, also use the 80/20 laws and the re-engineering view of inventory management process.
