The Research On The Politics-law Construction Of Dong Ying Region In The Course Of Socialist Harmonious Society

Socialist harmonious society should be the society which has such characters as democratic and legal institution, impartial and justice, sincerity and brotherliness, full of vigor, stabilize and orderly, harmonious between human being and nature. The characteristics of socialist harmonious society are correlative with the political-legal work nearly. The basic duty of political-legal department is to defend stability, promote harmony, and promote development. It is both the guarantee measure and important content of harmonious society to do a good job of political-legal work and stick up for social stability. Political-legal department is both guarantee and construction strength of harmonious society.Based on the studies of great amount of material at home and abroad and through the analysis of the research direction about harmonious society and political-legal construction at present, we specified the main emphasis of our research in this paper. The paper is composed of five chapters. Serving as a preparation of this article, chapter one makes a brief introduction about the meaning of this research, research actuality at home and abroad, and the main content of this paper. Chapter two mainly introduces the theoretical background of the relevant researches and social jurally conception. Chapter three analyzes the relationship between Socialist harmonious society and political-legal construction and proposes the service notion of harmonious society. Chapter four proposes the goal and content of Political-legal construction in Dongying region of harmonious society. Chapter five proposes the countermeasures finally.
