Thinking On The Privatization Of Public Utilities And Its Relevant Legal Issues

The essence of public utilities is the unity of two contradictions, namely, the social interest and individual interest, monopoly and competition. The crux of the issue is to safeguard the impartial competition and social public interest, based on this theory, the reasons of the privatization of public utilities, the means of privatization and its system arrangement and government regulation, mass supervision and judicial remedy after privatization is expounded in this article.
