In the influence of the Justice action, we have to attention the action of the judge in the real court. There are many factors which can influence the action of the judge include political circumstance or his/her habit. As we known, the judge and the parties should keep the same distance or none distance. Because of Chinese tradition and history and our especially political circumstance, the language and the action of the judge often do not accord, destroying the procedure of the justice, breaching the law. We can improve the technically progress of the hardware and software of the justice, avoid the not neutral factor enter into the holy court and help the judge make a justice judge.
