| Law and time have a close connection with each other. This dissertation will classify the time in the law field into the time in the sense of existence and the time in the sense of instrument, from the analysis of concept of time in the legal system. On the one hand, law is involved in time. Law exists, operates and evolves in the flow of time. On the other hand, time is involved in law. Time in the law embodies the justice and beneficial result, in which the principles of humanistic caring and middleman standard are time principle in scientific enactment of law. Consequently, analyzing the legal system will have valuable and instrumental meaning, worth of efforts and thoughts. |
