Study On Internet Privacy Right Law Protection

Privacy right protection is becoming more and more important with the development of internet economy. My paper's topic is the privacy protection under internet. The paper is divided five parts. The first part is from the traditional privacy, introducing definition, value, relation with other rights, and our country and foreign country's law on privacy protection. The second part is privacy development under the internet, including the specific character compared with traditional privacy, and the development of traditional privacy components. The third part is analysis on internet privacy constitution, emphasis on formation of privacy injury and false of privacy injury people, while the responsibility of injury. The fourth part is the introduction of protection on internet privacy on law and the court practice in our country at present. Then following in the fifth part is the foreign counties experience on privacy protection. In this part there are three little parts. They are American model, Europe model and Japan experience. Because American and Europe are the largest economy body in the world, and in the same way their law is making a big role in the world. Japan is our country's neighbor, and China and Japan are members of continent law system, while communication between two countries is for a long time in the history. In every little part is formed by the internet privacy protection method and summarized experience. The last part is following the fourth part and fifth part. In the part is experience summary .At first is the frame of internet privacy protection, following is the principle, suggestion in civil law and other protection way.
