Internet Privacy Research And Analyze

The internet is one of the greatest inventions created by human being of the20th century,thanks to the rapid development of internet technology and computer applications,internet has greatly promoted and led the social and economic prosperity,which significantly facilitates the way people work,study and life,and also greatly changes in the lifestyle of communication.But while we fully enjoy the convenience brought by the internet,we can not undertake the risk of taking a blind eye to its threats and challenges.Due to late open date of our internet,weak awareness of privacy,inadequate legislation combined with cyberspace itself a great deal of freedom,openness,and other reasons,the Internet privacy of the citizen has suffered seriously now,it has already disturbed our daily normal life and broken the tranquility of personal life.In a word,the internet has been lost control and must be effectively controlled to protect the privacy,to promote the healthy development of the network economy,it is imperative and urgent. Based on the reality of protecting the privacy needs,this article illustrates the point for a range of issues concerning internet privacy protection,combines with the actual situation of our society and compares with the measures taken by the developed countries to construct the recommendations of the network privacy protection mode not only from internal moral regulation but also from external legally bound.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into four parts.The first part elaborates the basic concepts and content of internet privacy and delivers solid foundation for later analysis and research; the second part analyzes the phenomenon that invades against the Internet Privacy,infringing the form of infringing features,and then analyze the human rights as the source of online privacy rights,against internet privacy violations of human rights;the third part analyzes the current status of China’s intemet privacy as well as the existing internet privacy legislation problems and the weak awareness of internet users,it aims to protect online privacy approach by learning from foreign advanced experience;the fourth part of the main basis for the first two parts analysis,clear thinking initiatives,comprehensive protection mode for the idea,as a fundamental to our actual situation,at the same time learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries,to proceed from the normative areas and non-specification in the field to improve China’s online privacy protection,and strive by legal constraints,the code of ethics to protect Internet privacy,thus contributing to the health of the network economy and its sustainable development.
