Actuation of the economy growing, coal enterprise takes a turn for the better extremely over the past few years. Many coal minings'production is over load, and the industrial accidents often happen, large amount of the peasant miners'life who works at exploit and excavation have been threatened. At the same time, because of their work and life region's particularity, peasant miners haven't enter scholar's research field widely, this doesn't accord with their statue which being an important component of the peasant laborers.
