On The Impacts Of International Political Resources On The Change Of International Political System

Political resources is a very common concept which is often used and researched in domestic political field. However, its application to the international studies seems to be too far-fetched to apply. In spite of this, its concept, connotation, features, theoretical framework and approach of study are significant in international studies, to some extent. Therefore, based on the international political reality, this paper presents and discusses the concept of international political resources and its features, catogories, and especially discusses how it imposes inluence on the change of international political system.As a new international political terms with significant connotation, international political resources provides a fresh perspective for studying the international politics, either phenomenon or nature, and exploring the development law of international politics. According to this paper,"international political resources"means the sum of the material and spiritual resources which are used by international political actors to achieve their own intrests, implement their own atrategic goals in international arena. International political recources, which not only contains the spiritual willings in the subjective dimension, but material factors in the objecitve dimension, is the sum of various capacity, means and tools which the international political actors are able to make play, use and mobilize. In the sense, it is diffenrent from the traditional concepts like power or capacity.In the paper, the first section begins with summery of the ralative theoretical literature, analyzes and verify the background, contents, its theoretical and practical significance of international political resources in detail, introduces the contents and structures of the paper briefly. The second section focuses on the concept of the concept, connotation and catogories of international political resources, in order to provide specific limitations of the concept and theoretical framework, this part presents a theoretical starting point of the paper. The third section regards the change of the international political system as the main line, discuss the developmental process of the modern history of the international relations, the impacts of international political resources imposes on the change of the international political system is always in function. Through this, the paper describes the real existence and significant impacts of international political resources in the change of international political system. The fourth section is the key part of the paper, the part mainly describes the relationship between international political resources and the change of international political system through the following four aspects: international political resources impacts the key variables of the international political system; the impacts of international political resources on the international political actors; the struggle for international political resources results in the change of international political system; key historical figures play significant roles in the change of international political system. Based on the above analysis, we come to the final conclusion on this paper: Fully affirm the significant role that international political resources play in the field of the internation al studies. International political resources is bound to keep on playing a significant role in the change of international political change in future. Based on this, further study on the exploitation of international political resources will be beneficial to the international actors to abtain the initiative position in international community.
