The Complexity Of The Problems Of The International Political System

The fluctuant status and characters of international politics have been one of the important issues among international politics academy. This paper mainly unifies complex science theory related in sociological domain and fluctuant status of international politics to study, then unscramble issue of international politics, and the core goal is to testify the fluctuant complex of international politics. The paper figures that, the complex of fluctuant international politics can be described that opening, dynamic system of international politics, existing evolving order and rule essentially, and in the course of evolvement, there are non-linearity and incertitude, and according self-organizing and unceasing adoption in process, the system experiences the complex process and the different changing stage, then heads to a high-grade system of international politics.
