Chinese criminal procedural verdict object under the comparison is the key point of this article. My duty is to inspect main countries, analyzes their common characteristic and the tendency, and in this foundation, investigate procedural verdict object in the three procedures, and seek establishment of criminal procedural verdict object.The last is open ponder: Even if procedural verdict object has been solved from the technical stratification, rational lacks of the overall Chinese criminal prosecution structure cannot be improved necessarily. After all, the question is also restrained jurisdiction independence, referee way and right-constitution of accused person.
