| Recent years, with rapid development of export trade in our country, anti-dumping cases have been increasing in our exports to european and american countries. And anti-dumping accusation has become a biggest legal barrier in development of our trade export. In point of application of economy and laws of our country, this article applied theory international economical law, and made description of orgin and development and evolvement of Anti-dumping Law , focus on discussing the causes of frequent anti-dumping cases emerging in exporting goods, and necessity of defending anti-dumping cases, summarize and probe into experience and lessons involving the anti-dumping cases according to application of laws in our county, raise the tactics against the dumping cases caused necessity by foreign countries.
