Cartoon culture is a style of visual culture that people love to watch and hear. It includes animation,caricature and cartoon film and some products and business operating such as clothes,stationery toy related with cosplay. Cosplay can not only have function of relaxing. What's more, there are abundance of education resources behind the lively cosplay image which can change and influence audience's world outlook,life outlook and value outlook.This paper explains some concepts related with cosplay,animation and ideological and political education of teenagers, analyzes the education status of teenagers during internet age and argues its social functions. And then it links the cosplay and ideological and political education of teenager naturally. Through the analyzing and researching of the cosplay and ideological and political education of teenagers, it illustrates that the important role of the cospaly in ideological and politics education. At the same time, it researches the positive and negative influence of animation and other forms of cosplay.
