On Principle Of Equality In Criminal Law Application

'The law shall be equally applied to anyone who commits a crime, no one shall have the privilege of transcending the law' is a basic principle in Chinese criminal law of 1997.To macroscopical legislation and application of criminal law, the principle of equality in criminal law is very important. And the principle is also important to our country when we constitute modern society ruled of law. With the aim of realizing judicatory justness, the author tries his best to expatiate the content of this principle and make this theory serve for our practice. Because these problems have exceeded the application of criminal law, the author often uses 'the principle of equality of criminal law' in this article.This article is divided into three parts except for the preface and there are about 35, 000 characters.
