The most fundamental right of people in a harmonious society is that everyone has equal rights. It becomes the most basic criterion for dealing with interpersonal relationships and the ultimate ideal value pursuit. The defense of equal rights is the fundamental foundation for safeguarding fairness and justice in society.Human income and wealth The principle of equal distribution has become an important issue that affects all aspects of society.John Bodley Rawls and Ronald Dworkin of the liberal egalitarian school are all devoted to the study of a fair and reasonable theory of equal distribution of wealth resources. However, both have a difference in the rational distribution of income and wealth opinion.Rawls demonstrated and tested the principle of difference by resorting to intuitive argumentation and systematic argumentation. The appeal to intuition argued against four possible economic regimes that only a democratic and equal system conformed to the concept of justice and thought that it could Elimination of two kinds of arbitrariness factors;systemic argumentation uses the screen of ignorance as the background of choice, and believes that the main subjects of choice are mutually indifferent rational persons. The principle of maximum and minimum is the method of choice, but there are two types of arguments:conflict and compensation. And the problem of improper compensation.Dworkin's theory of resource equality clarified the relationship between the two and questioned the systemic argument. He believes that the issues based on luxury preferences and excessive subsidies for the handicapped should be far from welfare equality, through hypothetical auctions, personal selection transactions, and virtual insurance markets.Compensation for natural disadvantages and return to reality will convert insurance into taxation to allocate resources. The theory of resource equality is an improvement on the difference principle of measuring the satisfaction of the greatest benefit of the most disadvantaged person. It mainly solves the problem of compensation by the insurance plan, and corrects the misalignment problem through "sensitivity to ambition and bluntness to endowment".However, both of them have conservative defects in institutional design, all stick to the conservative post-compensation policies of the welfare state and cause difficulties in practice,so that liberal egalitarianism is still on the way. From the point of view of jurisprudence, both demonstrate that the most fundamental social justice issues related to this equality theory are presented and analyzed. It is also an indispensable basis for the creation of a legal system for the equal distribution of resources, and the discussion of equality in both theories The foundation of legal research established under different understandings will eventually lead to all-round disclosure of the fundamental issues related to equality embodied in the legal system. This article will be based on the relevant literature within and outside the domain, and the use of comparative research in theoretical research, literature research, semantic analysis, comprehensive analysis and other methods to conduct a comparative study of the two theories,to understand the impact of perfecting equality principles on the construction of a harmonious society.
