Study On The Construction Of The New Village Culture Of The Socialism

Theoretic research on constructing the culture in the socalist countryside has been made since 1949. After the aim of constructing the culture in socialist new countryside was proposed in the Fifth plenary session of the sixteenth central committee of the communist party of China, the construction of the culture in the socialist countryside has been put in more important position. Central committee of CPC brought forward for the first time a brand-new task—that is to build the culture in the socialist new countruside, Which appears very important and timely. It should be pointed out that to construct the culture in the socialist new countryside is a Long-term and systematic project, and can not be fulfilled without the joint efforts of all societal forces.This paper probes into the hot issue of the construction of the culture in the socialist new countryside. First, this paper sets forth the necessity and importance of the construction of the culture in the socialist new countryside, and illustrates that it is not only necessary and feasible, but also has great practical significance and historical influence. Then, this paper has analyzed its current situation and problems in recognition, financial input, talent cultivation, forms of activity, cultural resources and management, ete. And pointed out the defficiency of its construction nowadays. Next, this paper gives an elementary definition of the content and target on how to construct the culture in the socialist new countryside. Finally, this paper put forward solutions and counter measures to deal with its problems, such as improving the common understanding, strengthening leadership, planning scientifically, increasing the financial input, paying more attention to talent cultivation, encouraging farmers to join in actively and valuing the protection of excellent traditional cultural resources. Only on the premise of all these, to construct the culture in the socialist new countryside will not become hollow words, and can go on deeply and lastingly, thus achieve virtually.
