The internet has been entering our society on all sides——politics, economy, culture, even our life. There comes a kind of new style of living and development. Cyber space exceeds the limit of traditional communication, not only combining the whole society but also making information exchange freewheeling. We have to reconsider the development of political communication and the new challenges and chances of our politics brought by the profound change.Internet political communication surpasses traditional political communication in special power and advantage. However, the reply of our government is still in the process of trying to find out and studying. Though there are problems in internet political communication and the regulation of government. The situation attracts us and calls for support of political theories.We apply political theories to analysis on internet political communication while the research takes internet as a new and effective manner. It is the updating and upgrading of tool that we stress in this thesis. We'll study the rule of internet political communication and the role of government to make clear the responsibility of government and think of how to improve its regulation. Government's effective control and transparency as well as the development of internet political communication are what we expect.Internet political communication has broken the traditional structure of information and influenced on citizens, society, and nations revolutionarily. Instead of a new kind of tool applied to political communication, it is the landmark of political democracy because the developing countries get a chance to overtake. China will be a great internet country in a few years. The study on regulation will have realistic meaning and foreseeing significant.
