Government's effective control and transparency as well as the development of internet political communication are what we expect.Internet political communication has broken the traditional structure of information and influenced on citizens, society, and nations revolutionarily. Instead of a new kind of tool applied to political communication, it is the landmark of political democracy because the developing countries get a chance to overtake. China will be a great internet country in a few years. The study on regulation will have realistic meaning and foreseeing significant.
