As far as teen-agers individual be concerned, the defect of knowledge is not able to affect him in all his life, but the poor morality in his lifetime can affect him adversely. My country attaches great importance to an ideological and ethical improvement among youth, but that teen-agers'thought-moral standards comes down , breaks law and commits a crime rising unceasingly, is the fact that can not argue no.The rural area behaves especially outstanding in this aspect. Profound changes have happened in international and domestic situation , requiring that the all of the various levels of government bears up duty , reinforcing teen-agers ideological and ethical building really.At present, the fact is that the teenagers'ideological and ethical constrction in the rural area and not being in the school has a few problems as follows: the moral concept is weak; the value is losing its way; the law consciousness is low.
