Study On Digital Library Of Hyperlinks On Copyright Infringement

Digital Library is a new means of literature information dissemination in Network Age, and the hyperlinks technology of digital libraries is the key technologies of information dissemination. In the complex application of Hyperlinks, the copyright issues of Intellectual Property are encountered firstly. If this issue isn't resolved well, it will affect the quality of service of library users, and it will also affect the healthy development of digital libraries. Therefore, it is important to concern and address the copyright issue involved in the digital library hyperlinks.In this paper, there is a systematic analysis of the types of hyperlinks, and it puts forward a comprehensive classifications, then study the copyright issue when apply hyperlink technology to construct the digital library, especially give an in-depth study for the infringement of deep-link. It is trying to analyze comprehensively and systematically, so the library has a clear understanding in the building of digital resources, and knows what issues will be involved and how to avoid these problems, and based on this study, this paper constructs a system for the rational use of hyperlinks and the reasonable avoiding risk of copyright infringement in digital library.
