Research Of The Current Shanxi Rural Party Members' Vanguard Education

The new socialism rural reconstruction is a significant strategic decision of the Party and Central Committee in the new historical beginning. Rural party members are vanguard of leading farmers to rich, whose vanguard character directly impact on rural economic and social development process. Consolidation of the party's political position in the countryside need develop vanguard role of the rural party members. Therefore, our main task is how to consolidate ruling foundation of the party in the countryside, improve political ability of basic-level party organization and strengthen vanguard character education of rural party members in a new historical circumstance. Based on it, this article unifies actual situation in the current new rural reconstruction of Shanxi, analyzing some questions of the countryside party members vanguard education, and then propose some new mentality solving the questions existed in the rural party members vanguard character education, impelling various aspects to strengthen the countryside party members vanguard character education so as to realize the rural reform, development, stable and the comprehensive progress.The full text is composed of four parts. Part two is about the study of current situation on vanguard character education of the rural party members. As is shown in the related reference, new characteristic is existed in the ideology and ability of Shanxi rural party members because of vanguard education. Meanwhile, there are some actual problems of party members vanguard character education. Part three analyzes actual problem of the rural patty members vanguard character education from themselves,rural basic-level party organization,society,education and management. Part four is about the countermeasures of strengthening the vanguard education of the rural party members.
