| The protection of citizens'basic rights is the most main and core value of the constitution. The modern constitution is produced and developed in the process of protecting the citizens'basic rights. The eternal subject of the constitution is to protect citizens'basic rights. With the development of economics, politics and culture, the present constitution appears gradually insufficiency in protection of civil rights. It is necessary for our country to confirm those basic rights which are closely related to social development and people's lives through amending and explaining the constitution. Also to guarantee the realization of citizens'basic rights by standardizing state power and reinforcing judicial remedy.
