Non-standardized labor-management relations occur in nimble employment.Because compared with the standardized labor-management relations its feature changed,labor law do not Adjust it.However,nimble employment can absorb much labor force,provides much employment opportunities,it have been developed fastly.But academic circles hold the personal opinion respectively.Especially follows the formulation of the labor contract law,the contend become more intensely.How to face the non-standardized labor-management relations,this is a important problem,also a difficult problem.In the first part of the thesis,the contend about non- standardized labor-management relations introduced, some scholars have negative appraisal with nimble employment,other scholars affirmative its positive function.So some scholars request prohibit the non- standardized labor-management relations,some scholar request restrict it strictly,the others think this labor-management should be regulated optimum.Non-standardized labor-management relations existence widespread.So in the second part of the thesis,the International Labor Organization(ILO)' s manner is researched,we can see ILO' s manner experienced form prohibition to permitting,from restricting strictly to regulating optimum.So we learn ILO' s opinion is deregulation,to help the labor in nimble employment work decently.It could be say "low standard,broad covered".This opinion should provide a good example to our country,Through the third part of the thesis, we can say our labor law counter-its road in regulation to labor dispatch.And much type of nimble employment are not regulated in labor law.In the last part of the thesis,some opinion on several type of the nimble employment is proposed and it follows the international laborer standard "low standard,broad cover" guidelines.
