Our Country Government Achievements Inspection Hinders The Mechanism

Government achievements are the key basis of weighing and evaluating the governing level and processing efficiency of government. And also, it is the comprehensive embodiment of government administration. The problem how to improve it has been a universal trouble for all countries and theoretical field since the birth of nations and government. Based on all of these, we could say it will be a perpetual topic to study the government performance in the developing course of it.As for the hindering elements in mechanism, it mainly means the problems in structure and government processing, mainly including such aspects as system, regulations and mechanism in government management. And these problems are the troubles which should be overcome yet not. The crucial causes lie not in the outer environment or non-mechanism elements. Its variations, however, could become the structural obstacles. All these kinds of hindering elements in mechanism can be of key importance to improve the government performance.Based on some points of Xiaoping Theory, public choosing theory, new public management theory, sociology, psychology and systematical theory, coupled with some research fruits which I acquire from the relevant study in improving governing ability or government efficiency, with the emphasis of analyzing hindering elements in mechanism, with a fundamental aim to improve the achievements in government management and considering some trials at home and abroad as practical examples, this paper processes an analyzing study in the routine choosing of hindering elements in mechanism. So as to acquire and understand more advanced fruits in the field of study in government achievements.
