However, the owner's right and it's exertion were confronted with lots of questions, not only in actual legal provision, but also in the practical real estate management. Such as, the legal status of the owner's conference and the owner's committee. What rights dose they have and how their rights to exercise? Specially, how dose the owner to exercise their rights when the real estate management company infringe upon the owner's right and how dose the owner to exercise their rights when the owner's conference and the owner's committee infringe upon the owner's right? Representative exertion of owner's right is the core partion of this thesis.It is a very important system for protecting the owner's right .It will promote the protection of the owner's s right as well as the supervision of the work of the owner's conference and the owner's committee greatly.
