Investigation On The Image Of Students Party Members Of Universities In Chongqing

Different experts have kinds of understandings on the image of students party members of universities, and there is something in common, that is they all consider the image of students party members of universities to be the integrated impression of university teachers and students and appraise on students party members of universities. This study considers the image of students party members of universities to be others' collective impression and appraise on the outside representation decided by the internal traits of students party members of universities.Firstly, the image of students party members of universities is a kind of collective appraise, which is the integration of kinds of idiographic appraises; Secondly, the principal part of building the image of students party members of universities is the students party members of universities themselves, while the principal part of appraising is the readers; Thirdly, the image of students party members of universities roots from the representation of themselves; Fourthly, the representation of the students party members of universities is decided by their internal traits.This study determines to discuss the publics' appraises on the of students party members universities in Chongqing. Based on the concerning datas, the study investigates five hundred and eighty-eight student and teachers of five universities in using the Investigation questionnaire on the image of students party members of universities' which is made by the author. Through the research, the study basically holds the present condition of the image of university students party members of universities. What's more, relating with the factors of the image of students party members of universities, the study also puts forward several suggestions for improving the image of university students party members of universities.The results of the study indicate the following contents:Firstly, the image of students party members of universities is a system including several factors, which could be divided into internal image and exterior image. The image of students party members of universities includes five main dimensionalities as follows: physical image, etiquette image, Political image, moral image and operating ability image.Secondly, the study tool 'Investigation questionnaire on the image of students party members of universities' made by the author has receivable reliability and efficiency degree, which can be used as the research measure to investigate the image of students party members of universities.Thirdly, the present condition of the image of university students party members of universities in Chongqing is as follows: The appraisement of publics on the whole image is above the middling level. However, different publics' appraisements on students party members of universities' collective image have remarkable difference. The appraisement of internal publics is higher than that of exterior publics. There is no remarkable difference between the appraisements of exterior publics. The appraisements of publics at different grade and of different subject on the image of university students party members of universities have remarkable difference. While there is no remarkable difference due to the gender of the publics.Based on the comprehensive demonstration on the image of students party members of universities of universities in Chongqing, and relating with these concerning study fruits, this article takes a deep discussion on the basic characteristics of the image of students party members of universities, puts forward several suggestions of improving the image of university students party members of universities in Chongqing, by the visual angle of several concerning subjects such as public relations, psychology of PR and etc. So, the study should have academic significance and practical value to some extent.
