Construction And Application Of Government Responsibility In The Development Of Charity Cause Of China

At present, with the development of society and economy, the need of charity cause in China has been more urgent to the country .No doubt that there are many problems in the development of charity cause, which are closely related to government influences on the development of Chinese charity cause. Therefore, it's necessary to do research on the development of Chinese charity cause and to build up an evaluating model.This essay is divided into three parts. The first chapter introduces the necessity of government direction, and history and contemporary situation of the development of Chinese charity cause. The second chapter is math methods which are used to constructing the evaluating model. The third is about the setup and the practice of the evaluating model.The innovational point of the essay is: the essay constructs an evaluating model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process. The model can be app lied to analyze the situation of government's influences on the development of Chinese charity cause. Finally, by setup and application of the evaluating model, the essay hopes to be helpful for defining government's responsibility, which aims to push the government to change functions and make sure the relationship between government and charity cause, in order to maximize comprehensive benefits of charity cause.
