The Research About The Structuring And Application Of The Full-time People's Armed Cadre's Ability And Diathesis Evaluating Model

The existing ability and diathesis of the Full-time People's Armed Cadre(FPAC)already can not competent for work put forward of new standard with new request in the new situation,new appointee work and under the new surrounding,according to FPAC's realistic post ability and diathesis demand,reforming and perfecting FPAC's ability and diathesis evaluating method already becomes an important responsibility nowadays.The thesis 's foundation is to dissect current FPAC 's ability and diathesis,and its researching point is that FPAC 's ability and diathesis examination faces of the problem and challenge now,its researching line is that sets up FPAC 's ability and diathesis evaluating model.The thesis is constituted from the design of total way of thinking,main factor constitution,layer structuring,measuring review index sign,important coefficient allocation,experiment examining,application suggestion,structure and outlook of the evaluating model,etc.After completing a lot of work of researching,designing,structuring,experimenting,the evaluating model that has been launched is a more accurate,comprehensive,fair and reasonable model,and combined with the method of sample sampling verification,I selected a sample of 7 different regions were analyzed,they are sub owned a prefectural military command,sub owned 242 Town Offices and Street offices.The application of the proposed model is put forward.The thesis that is objective,open and impartial evaluation of FPAC 's ability and diathesis problem has a good reference value,contribute to the construction of FPAC.
