Research Of Unwilling Immigration's Social Psychology Transmutation And Influencing Factors

With the deepening of modernization, China has a lot of unwilling immigrations, and most of them removed to their original places which showed that they aren't used to the social environment of new place. The critical indicators of social adaptation lie in the social psychology, so it is very important to research immigration's social psychology which could be helpful to avoid them moving back.I investigated the immigrations of Xiangjiaba reservoir, used SPSS statistic method to analyze the questionnaire, and has a comprehensive and multilevel research of the immigration's social psychology. I find the problem of immigration is influenced not only by the economy, but also by social culture and psychology. Based on the achievements of past generations as well as my own, I put forward the idea that immigration's psychology should be divided into two types: psychology dominated by economy and psychology dominated by culture, and the influencing factors should have a systematic structure.Based on the theories of power exchange and confliction, I put forward the virtual of psychology dominated by economy is the immigrations think the moving is the exchange between country and society. On the other hand, the immigration's psychology is easy to change because of the shortage of resources. Gidden'theories of Social Rupture and Disembodying is the theory basis of immigration's social adaptation.Based on the description of Xiangjiaba immigration's social psychology, I analyzed various factors which influence immigration's psychology dominated by economy and psychology dominated by culture, and divided various influencing factors into project factor, culture factor, social factor, system factors etc. Then I made a factor model by using the above-mentioned factors. Among many factors, I find system factor is the critical one to adjust immigration's psychology. I put forward some countermeasures which is helpful to adjust immigration's psychology from the point view of policy making and carrying. Although economy influences psychology, we could try to decrease its negative effects, to repair the disruptive effect of culture psychology, to reshape traditional culture by construction of infrastructure, to make up for the crack of culture psychology.
