Analysis On The Control Of The Transformation From Abnormal Psychology To Criminal Psychology

This thesis focuses on the transformation reasons from abnormal psychology into the criminal psychology, and prevention and cure mechanism of that transformation.The structure is as follows:The first part is an overview, which mainly introduces two core concepts of abnormal psychology and carries out the corresponding analysis on abnormal psychology and criminal psychology.In further concept analysis, the author discusses in depth the understanding of the principal desire in the concept of abnormal psychology, and then, based on Maslow's need theory, analyzes the types of crime caused by deletion of different hierarchy of needs. Meanwhile, the analysis on the concept of psychological crime is mainly focused on the two-way conversion of criminal psychology and the integration analysis of crime and criminal psychology.The second part is the first focus of this thesis, which examines the transformation reason from abnormal psychology to the criminal psychology. The analysis is conducted on two levels of internal and external factors. Internal factors are focused on the main level of their quality of. External factors are concentrated on two levels of analysis: the integrity of socialization process and situational stimuli. In the socialization process of the specific stage proposed the "social fracture that chain."Part Three is the second focus of this thesis, which probes into the control mechanism of the transformation from abnormal psychology to criminal psychology. Internal control represents the moral cultivation of individuals and the extent of legal awareness. The main hazard of the lack of internal control is mainly reflected in the subject being prone to unethical behavior or even criminal behavior, in the risks of violating social benefits, and in the increased cost on crime prevention. Therefore, it is supposed that the fundamental way to establish self-control mechanisms is to strengthen citizens'moral cultivation and to enhance the legal awareness.In the section of external prevention, it is reckoned that reward and punishment is the core content and means of external prevention, with the protection of individuals as the key and foundation of external prevention. The loss of external prevention may lead to higher requirements for the subjective quality, higher cost of guarding against possible danger in life and sense of insecurity. Hence, it is proposed that the means to establish mechanisms for external prevention are to strengthen situational prevention, to provide theoretical support, to improve legislation, to strengthen judicial protection, to establish psychological help system and to improve the social security system.We conclude that psychological prevention is the top priority in crime prevention and that we must enhance the status of psychological prevention, wealth and enrich the methods psychological prevention with the intention to achieve the best results of crime prevention.
