Taking the case of Zhongcun town, Pingyi county of Shandong province, adopting the means of questionnaire investigation and interview and mainly using the research fruits of Economics and Sociology, this paper describes the consumption conditions of peasant-worker family, probes into the influential factors and sees about the impact of the changes of consumption conditions on the status of its family. The primary content is illuminated in the following five chapters:The first part points out the origin, purpose and meaning of the research, reviews the related studies, defines and operates the key concepts, shows the train and content of the paper and explains the research types, means and the general situations of the sample.In the second part, using the monovariant descriptive statistic, the paper describes the consumption conditions of peasant-worker family from four perspectives including level of consumption, structure of consumption, partiality of consumption and concepts of consumption.In the third part, using the divariant correlation analysis and test of hypothesis, the chapter discusses the contributing factors to the consumption conditions of peasant-worker family. The research discovers that earning is the most important influential factor to consumption conditions, family cycle and job type affect consumption conditions to an extent and reference groups have no effect on them .In addition, traditional culture still deeply influences the consumption manners of the Chinese.The fourth part studies the impact of the changes of consumption conditions on the social status of peasant-worker family. The improving Consumption conditions further embody the lift of economic status of the family and also do elevate its status in prestige. But on the whole, the status of the peasant-worker family is still lowly. The fifth part firstly summarizes the whole article, gaining four conclusions which respectively are the payout of the four standards is lopsided, the level of consumption conditions and the whole social status of peasant-worker family are still lower and the rural differentiation is more and more severe. At last the part discusses the problems in the article, at the same time points out the deficiency of the research.
