Research On Legal Problems Of Deposit Insurance System

As one of the three major elements of financial safety net, the deposit insurance system played a tremendous role to protecting the interests of depositors and maintaining financial stability. It's an innovative financial system against the widespread financial crisis in rencent years. Most developed countries and many developing countries have established their own national deposit insurance system.So far, 87 countries have established the deposit insurance system. With its own unique function, deposit insurance system played a significant role in the country's financial system. China's deposit insurance system is under the peocess of the active preparation, but there are many problems and obstacles. Undoubtedly, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research the deposit insurance system deeply.In this thesis, the author seriously explores the legal problems of the deposit insurance system with adoptive, inductive and inductive methods.In the first part, this thesis firstly corcerns on the formation and development of the system; then the character, the author think that the deposit insurance is not only one kind of policy insurance but also one kind of liability insurance; finally the author explicits the position of the deposit insurance system in legal framework.In the second part, on the basis of studying other country's experience, the author analysises the problems of the deposit insurance system with comparative, summarizing methods.The third part is the focus of this essay. The author begins with a review of the deposit insurance system in China's development. Then, raises the basic framework about our country's deposit insurance system.The last part is a necessary complement to part 3. It talks about the improvement of the associated measures to the deposit insurance system.
