Study On Unemployment Insurance Legal System In China

The newly-increased labor force, unemployed people and surplus labor force in rural areas have been become the three main sources of employment pressure in current China. Whether the unemployment problem can be solved well not only affects the basic livelihood and the reemployment of the unemployment people, but also is related to the social stability and the economic sustaining growth. Because of the late start, special situation of the country and other reasons, there still are some deficiencies in China's unemployment insurance system, which can't fully meet the demand of the situation. The study purpose of following article is just to further improve the unemployment insurance system so as the function of the system can be exerted better and make more contribution to the country's solution of the unemployment problem and economic construction.The following article systemically studies the unemployment insurance issue in China by the means of comparison, explanation of the law items, legally economic science and so on. On the basis of the existing relevant theories and the practice experience, starting with the fundamental theories of unemployment insurance system, reviewing and analyzing the process of the legislation in the unemployment insurance system field in China, reference to the successful experience in foreign countries, the author gives some ideal and suggestions on the improvement of the current unemployment insurance system in China so as to response to the demand of in-depth adjustment of the labor force structure and the establishment of the market-directed employment system.
