With the Economy development, the credit card, as a individual consuming credit tool, entered Chinese financial market. Although this small card brings convenience and efficiency to our life, it also brings conflicts with our social system and legal environment. How to balance the benefits between the parties among the credit card legal relationship is the key point to resolve these conflicts and the base to insure the health development of the credit card industry in our country,This paper intend to sort out some legal suggestions in principle of"to protect the benefit of the credit card holders"by analyzing the legal relationships and comparing the relevant legal practice of American credit card legal system.The whole paper is divided into four sections:The first section is the general introduction of the credit card, including its concepts, characters and functions.The second section analyzes the legal relationships among the parties in the practice of credit card.The third section set forth the current credit card legal system of our country.The fourth section selects four representative legal problems and makes a further analysis on them.
