The Research Of The Existence Or Abolishment Of Residence Under Surveillance

This paper analyzed two big legal systems of criminal coercion measures legislation and the judicial situation in the world, then summarized the basic trend of these.Through introduced the arguments about the existence or abolishment of residence under surveillance in our country, this paper analyzed a series of problems in the current legislation and law enforcement, and finally put forward the measures to solve these problems. We should increase the guarantee types of bail including service guarantee, self-credit guarantee ,mortgage guarantee and so on while abolishing the system .
