Research On Financial Privacy Of Banking Clients In Our Country

We can find that the law about financial privacy of bank is lack of system in our country, and there is no Bank Secrecy Act or The Right to Financial privacy Act and so on, and the interests of the clients about information were violated sometimes. In this situation, the paper may help in perfecting our system of financial privacy and protecting the interests of clients by analyzing the born and evolution of financial privacy and the systems of other countries.This paper includes three parts. Firstly, it puts forwards the financial privacy by dealing with the born of privacy and evolution of the right to privacy. The financial privacy is the right of wealth which can be controlled by oneself, it includes the information of wealth, especially the information about credit. Secondly, it discusses the conflicts and balances between the financial privacy and information disclosure. Because the financial privacy have expanded the contents of rights, the conflict between the rights is inevitable, and this part deals with the conflicts and balances between financial privacy and credit checking system, between financial privacy and anti-money laundering. Finally, it is about the reality and comments about the legal system of financial privacy in our country, and then puts forward some suggestions to make it perfect.
