There is very inseparable relation between"time"and law."Time"has long been an extremely critical and core positional essential factor in any"law", not mentioning the judicature as a major part of the entire legal system. Somewhat of viewing can we find, in fact,"time"has very particular status in judicial practice, for it is not only an important dimension of judicature, but also has inseparable inherent connection with judicial value pursuing and directing. Specifically, since judicature performs special functions such as right relief and dispute settlement, it is destined that justice and benefit becomes its basic value direction. While if scanning"time"from the perspective of judicial timeliness, we can find that it has close connection with judicial value pursuing and directing as well as significantly affects the realization of justice and benefit value. Secondly, with the standard of judging judicial justice to a great extent is procedural justice standard, and the realization of which depends on the realization of a series of functions of procedure itself, among which the concentricity, termination, time limit and conciliation of judicial procedure is all closely associated with"time"in judicial practice,"time"greatly influences the realization of procedural justice from the perspective of justice. Furthermore, as viewed from benefit,"time"in judicial practice also has important influence on judicial benefit, as it can greatly affect judicial cost including individual cost, public cost, mistake cost and social safety cost concretely during the judicial practice.
