Research About Traffic Police's Psychology Stress And Health Of Guilin City

Traffic police burdens the important mission of traffic security and fluency, as a special group, They are stay in a continual high-stress and fatigue situation for their work, if it can not be relieved or eased in time, which will brings about all kinds of psychological diseases, such as tension, anxiety and depression, even involves in self-mutilation, suicide and violent behaviors as attacking or robbery, therefore, study and research on psychology stress and health of traffic police play an important role in improving their ability against stress and psychological health, it is also critical for the traffic management works.This article adapted survey on psychology stress of traffic police and scl-90, made a survey to 204 traffic police of Guilin city, which shows that distinct differences exist in the different position, age and sex, stress of field-position polices are obvious higher than those who are in desk-position, those who aged from 20 to 30 are obvious higher than those who aged from 30 to 40 or above 41, the male polices' are higher than the female polices'. Analysis on psychology health shows, the psychology stress has relation to the even score of scl-90 and positive project which shows obvious is,pressures from mission, self or the others, time, failure, economy, organization,interpersonal relationship are the distinct aspects, symptoms as depression, adverse, compression, sentimental, anxiety, mental, paranoid, fear and so on will affect psychological stress, which indicates that psychology stress and health affect each other in various aspects.Against the current situation of traffic police's psychology stress and health, as well as its problem, this article suggests to enhance social support and establish traffic police psychology health system, to relieve their stress and maintain their mental health, so that found a good basis for improving their work efficiency and combat effectiveness.
