Socialization of prison execution remains the remarkable trend of current development of execution of the world, and reflects the"from severity to liberal"valuable orientation of penalty idea, which also is the inevitable conclusion of the modern penalty legislation. Reasonably constructing our country's execution idea on the foundation of checking overseas system concerned, exploring a system with Chinese characteristic has already became the theory topic in this field. There are five chapters in thesis.In the first chapter, the author firstly brings forward the definition and denotation of the socialization of prison execution. Then, the author sums up the brief history of the socialization of prison execution, and makes a further study of the basic angles of the socialized execution of imprisonment.In the second chapter, the author analyses the reflection of the harmonious idea to the socialization of prison execution, and points out that, the harmonious punishment implementation is an important part of the harmonious society.In the third chapter, the author analyses the related legislations and practice in the socialization of prison execution in the United States, Great Britain, Germany, etc. The socialization of prison execution in prison is a kind of criminal judicial practice that has existed in Western countries for more than 100 years. The use of this policy for reference in China will be meaningful to our criminal judicial practice.In the fourth chapter, the author points out that there so many problems in the socialization of prison execution. The paper based on summing-up and criticism to existent execution of imprisonment, researches on the system of the socialization of prison execution.In the last chapter, the author gives a through analysis conditions for the socialization of prison execution, including ideal condition and objective condition. Then the author explores how to build the system of the socialization of prison execution based on our objective national conditions.
