Thinking About The Issues Related To The Socialization Of Prison Execution

With the continuous development of the socio-economic and cultural level and progress,the development of penalty gradually from strict to loose,from barbarism to civilization,from the function of crime to deprive criminals of the offenders return to society.Every change is a great advance in the execution of ideas and concepts.At present,the imprisonment to occupy the dominant position in the penalty system of our country,but the irreconcilable contradiction between the penalty and the execution of purpose of imprisonment execution means that criminals and criminals to prison social contradictions,and closed the prison with open social contradictions.Under this background,the socialization of execution of punishment came into being.Execution socialization represents the development trend of the execution of the world,and to a certain extent reflects the development and progress of social civilization.But in our practice,the socialization degree is low,resulting in China's facing execution of high cost,low efficiency dilemma,thus strengthening the theoretical research of socialization has very important academic value and practical significance.This paper first reviews the history of the execution of punishment in China,summarizes the history of the development of the law,and further analysis of the theory of the socialization of execution.On this basis,this paper summarizes the concept of socialization,through the analysis on the concept of socialization of prison execution in three aspects of the socialization of prison execution target,subject,object,put forward the principle should adhere to the principle of socialization of prison execution process.After defining the related concepts,three aspects from the classification treatment system,open education and other humane execution means of summing up China's socialization of prison execution execution status,and further pointed out the restricting factors of socialization of execution in our country implementation: execution thought behind obsolete,and the layout is not reasonable,classification of Prisons the method is simple and backward education reform.Finally,from the improvement of prison classification and the criminal classification system and establish the opening system,the integration of education resources and give full play to the social work in criminal action and other aspects of the construction of the socialization of execution system in China put forward the idea.
