Inter-group exchange means that different groups have used their own resources to exchange requirements, thus realizing the interests of community needs. Groups are different from the control of the resources, structural position and action capability, group who occupy the monopoly status or scare resources can be dominant power, lead to the imbalanced exchange relation and power structure of groups easily. During China's social transition, with the advance of market-oriented process, and the allocation of resources gradually from the top-down national distribution to the market mechanism, exchange of the interests play an increasingly important role in the allocation of resources and establishments of relations between the status . Since reform and opening-up, China's gap between poor and rich and interest differentiation between class are aggravating day by day, formed a rigid distribution mechanism led by strong class or interest groups, there have been several strong interest groups master major advantage of resources, by virtue of their scarcity the monopoly of possession for resources, they can advanced the excessive imbalance in the social exchange with vulnerable groups for more interests and formed the coalition. So imbalanced inter-groups exchange effects the interest structure which would in turn have an impact on class relations. The imbalance of inter-group exchange has its own change characteristics and particularity during China's social transition, imbalance including reasonable different of interests, moderate imbalance is conducive to promoting competition, but over the imbalance caused excessive differentiation and conflict intensifies between class or groups and so on. Then we need to adjust exchange relations, through the imbalanced operation for inter-group exchange to promote the balance for the pattern of interests and harmony of class relations. Therefore, in this paper apply the theory of Western social exchange, study the imbalance situation of inter-group exchange and the impact on class relations during Chinese social transition, with the actual situation in China exploration how to achieve relatively balanced of inter-group exchange.
