Chinese Communist Party And The Democratic Party Of Japan Inter-party Exchange Practice

The CPC's inter-party relations are an important part in China's general diplomacy. All generations of the CPC leading group have laid great store by international inter-party relations since the People's Republic of China was founded. The diplomatic theory of CPC involved four principles handling with inter-party relations being the central part of which has eventually formed and enriched during the diplomatic practice. Under the guidance of the theory, the CPC's international relation work progressed rapidly to serve the nation's general diplomacy. Now a deeper, broader, comprehensive and conducted international relations of CPC through more channels have taken on a new look. Party diplomacy has become an important platform for the CPC to observe, understand, and enter into the world. And it can also show images of China aroud the world. It helps the central committee of CPC to make correct analysis of international situation, take effective measures to deal with international issues and the affairs of the party and country.As a new political party rising in this century, the Democratic Party of Japan has established good relationship with the CPC ever since its' early foundation. The inter-party relation between the two parties has become a quite successful example of CPC. From reviewing the history of the two parties' relations, we can not only better understand the international relations of CPC after the cold war, but also plan a better Sino-Japanese relation as the Democratic Party now being the power of Japan. This article analyzes the objective, principles, forms, contents and roles thoroughly which bases on the example of the contacts between CPC and Democratic Party of Japan. And after the analysis, the future of the Sino-Japanese relations, the directions of the CPC international relations as well as some suggestion are also mentioned in the article.
