The Responsibility Of Government Department During The Urbanization Construction Of Surrounding Countryside

The urbanization of a city's surrounding countryside is an inevitable tendency to expand space and adjust social economic structure for modern city. In recent years, the urbanization in China developed fast, the achievements are as follows: the development of suburban economic and society was promoted effectively, the space of organization was optimized constantly, the city framework was enlarged step by step, the reform of joint-stock system in rural area carrying out successfully, the work of setting up residential committee to replace village carrying out in order, the work of employment of people whose land was requisitioned and social security was promoted actively, the public resource such as education and health was matched well and the environment of city's surrounding countryside was improved obviously. But the construction of urbanization also resulted in a series of new contradictions and problems because of the benefit adjustment, consciousness transformation and issues rooted in history and so on. So we must attach importance to these contradictions and problems that occurred during the city's new development.The process of urbanization of Changchun City which is the provincial capital of Jilin Province develops fast under the promotion of strategic policy to promote the Northeast area of China. This thesis mainly discusses the responsibility of government department during the urbanization construction of surrounding countryside by analyzing the following three aspects using Xingfu village of Nanguan District, Changchun City as an example: relation between the inevitable tendency of urbanization of Changchun City's surrounding countryside and the main duty of government department, the current situation of urbanization of Changchun City's surrounding countryside, the countermeasure and suggestion that government department carrying out to promote the urbanization process.
