Study On The Development Of Advanced Culture In The Rural Areas Of Suzhou

The 5th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee has brought forward building a new socialist countryside, the cultural construction is a necessary part in building a new rural areas. The Outstanding cultural construction can help to improve rural social civilization, improve the quality of life of farmers, improve the ability of rural grassroots self-government, finally advance the prosperity and development of socialist culture.In this paper, study object is the construction of advanced culture in the rural areas of Suzhou, the author's aim is to contribute some effective measures to the further development of the construction of advanced culture in rural areas of Suzhou. In this paper, the author firstly analyzed the development of advanced culture in the rural areas of Suzhou and summed up some strong demands on the the advanced culture, which a rapid economic has made. Then, the authors summarized the main achievements in the construction of advanced culture in rural areas of Suzhou, and setted out the main problems and shortcomings. Then, the authors analyzed major difficulties in the construction of advanced culture in rural areas of Suzhou, which are some negative impact on the the construction of advanced culture. Finally, the author think that the advanced culture in the rural areas of Suzhou should includs the technological culture, the modern political culture, the citizens moral culture, the healthy entertainment culture, the ecological culture, and think that the innovation of concept is the prerequisite in the construction of advanced culture in the rural areas of Suzhou, the construction of public cultural facilities is the foundation, and Creation system is the protection, nurturing rural inherent cultural organizations is root.In this paper, the author used a variety of methods, including investigation, documentation, and induction. The author also drew on a variety of theories, including cultural productivity theory, popular culture theory, theory of governance.
